New Everglades Clergy Stole

This fabric is out of production and hard to find, but I just found a piece that I can use to make three stoles! Click here to see one on Etsy. This has been one of the most popular stoles in my Etsy shop. The colors are beautiful and it's nice and smooth to the touch.

Digitally Printed Clergy Stole

Most fabrics can be printed with up to 18 colors. The new digital fabric printing process can apply any number of colors. This fabric is digitally printed with countless shades of blue, green and gold. The skinny horizontal stripes go from very dark on one side of the entire fabric panel, and then  gradually get lighter as you move across the panel. The stole shown here was cut from the darkest end of the fabric. You can see the stoles made from the medium shades and the lightest shades at Shadrachs on Etsy. At the moment, all three are available.

This high tech fabric makes for a unique clergy stole that is both joyful and dignified. It would make a memorable gift.

The mitered back looks good with the stripes meeting at a 90 degree angle.

Indigo Blue Advent Stole

This beautiful design looks like streams of water. This print by Moda is inspired by the Japanese Shibori method of resist dyeing in which fabric is folded and tied, then dyed in indigo. Indigo dye has been in use since antiquity. This fabric has a nice smooth hand.

This stole is beautiful for Advent. See details here.

Lavender Batik Stole

This beautiful handmade batik fabric was made in Java, Indonesia. The process is over 2,000 years old. You can see the process here.
I purchased this fabric and made three stoles. Each one is slightly different because the pattern varies depending on where you cut the pattern pieces.
This stole would look particularly good on someone with gray hair. :)
